NAME: Phil
RANK: Custodial Engineer
ORGANIZATION: Galactic Exploratory Fleet
ROLE: GEF starships do not clean themselves. They rely on guys like Phil to scrub their decks, touch up their paint jobs and generally keep them in tip-top shape. Phil is just one of the many thousands of unsung heroes of the GEF who keep heralded heroes like Captain Nova up in the air instead of cratered into the side of an asteroid. Unsurprisingly, Phil is not too thrilled with his job, but sees it as a chance to tour the galaxy while making some money on the side. He doesn't speak much, staying out of the way while the crew of the Supernova goes about their work. They get all the glory and he gets to handle the cleanup in his lime green HazMat suit.
